During Cassie Yusofi's tenure leading sales teams for B2B SaaS startups across three continents, she conducted thousands of pipeline reviews with hundreds of sales reps. She encountered the challenge of sales reps lacking trust in or reliance on the data they were responsible for inputting into the CRM. Magdalena Okrzeja empathized with this issue because she had spent nearly two decades at large-scale enterprises constructing analytical systems for major companies in Europe and the US. However, due to the lack of an integrated data strategy, those companies barely utilized those systems.

Together they set out on a mission to make data actionable, and to bring it into the hands of the sales reps who needed this data the most. This way they can focus on what they love doing: building powerful digital relationships and increasing revenue for their companies.
